You must be an Administrator user in order to perform this:

  1. Log into your account as an Administrator
  2. From the dashboard, select the Mentor of the student
  3. Find the student name in the listing of this mentor’s students
  4. Click on the Actions menu next to the student’s name, and select “Transfer student”

There you can assign both a new school (must be set up in the system) and/or a new mentor (must be set up in the system)
