To remove/delete a student as an Administrator


STEP 1

Navigate to the mentor's dashboard who is mentoring the student that you want to remove, then click on the mentor's name. For example:

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to see a list of students, then click on the Actions button, then Delete. (See screenshot below)

STEP 3

You will be asked to confirm that you are sure to delete the student. Click the OK button to confirm or Cancel to return to the dashboard.



To remove/delete a student as an Mentor


As a Mentor, simply go to your dashboard and locate the student's name, then click on the Actions button, then Delete.



What happens when I delete/remove a student?


When you remove/delete a student, that student's status becomes Inactive in our system and the previous data will persist. At any point in the future that the student needs to be re-enrolled into a program, please send us a support ticket and we will restore the student for you. In the future, an Administrator will able to restore students.
