When deleting any user or student, the data belongs to that user or student stays in our system. Therefore, you can restore them as an Administrator. 


What does restoring do?


Restoring a user or student brings the user back to the previous state. Which means,  if the user is or student now is in a different organization or the student has a different mentor, you will need to reassign the user to a different organization or transfer the student to a different mentor.


How to restore a user or student


REQUIREMENT

You must have be an Administrator in order to perform these steps


STEP 1

Log into your account to view your Dashboard 


STEP 2

Click on the Actions button below your organization's name, then click on the Manage All Users link


STEP 3

You can quickly locate the user by entering the user's name in the search field

STEP 4

Click on Actions, then the Restore button. Your user or student should be visible on your Mentor's dashboard once again.
