How to Add Intensive Intervention for Students

Mentors need to add the intensive interventions they use with each student in order to record their intervention usage.


STEP 1: Go to the "Student Detail" Page

  • From the Mentor Dashboard, click on the student for whom you wish to add an intensive intervention.

  • Click "ADD DATA"



  • Click on "Connect" to jump down to data entry for this section:

STEP 2: Add Intervention

  • Click "ADD NEW INTENSIVE INTERVENTION"



  • Select the intensive intervention you would like to document from the drop-down list.

  • TIP: If you do not see the intensive intervention you are looking for on this list, please contact your C&C Coordinator. This drop-down menu is managed by Admin users.


STEP 3: Select Start Date

  • Select the start date you will begin this intensive intervention. 



STEP 4: SAVE

  • Click "Save Intervention"




STEP 5: Record New Intensive Intervention

  • The new intensive intervention will appear in the “Connect” reporting section.

  • Click on the Intensive Interventions delivered during the weekly meeting to record this occurred with the student.
