How to Add Intensive Intervention for Students
Mentors need to add the intensive interventions they use with each student in order to record their intervention usage.
STEP 1: Go to the "Student Detail" Page
- From the Mentor Dashboard, click on the student for whom you wish to add an intensive intervention.
- Click "ADD DATA"
- Click on "Connect" to jump down to data entry for this section:
STEP 2: Add Intervention
Click "ADD NEW INTENSIVE INTERVENTION"
- Select the intensive intervention you would like to document from the drop-down list.
TIP: If you do not see the intensive intervention you are looking for on this list, please contact your C&C Coordinator. This drop-down menu is managed by Admin users.
STEP 3: Select Start Date
Select the start date you will begin this intensive intervention.
STEP 4: SAVE
Click "Save Intervention"
STEP 5: Record New Intensive Intervention
The new intensive intervention will appear in the “Connect” reporting section.
Click on the Intensive Interventions delivered during the weekly meeting to record this occurred with the student.
