How to Add Family Engagements


STEP 1: Go to the "Student Detail" Page

  • From the Mentor Dashboard, click on the student for whom you wish to add a family engagement.

  • Click on "ADD DATA"

  • Click on "Connect" to jump down to data entry for this section:

  • Scroll down to the “Family Engagement” section below “Connect.”

 

STEP 2: Add Family Engagement Activity

  • Click on the "+" next to ADD NEW A FAMILY ENGAGEMENT


  • Select the new family engagement you would like to document from the drop-down list.


NOTE: If you do not see the family engagement you are looking for on this list, please contact your C&C Coordinator. This drop-down menu is managed by Admin users.

STEP 3: Select Start Date

  • Select the start date you will begin this family engagement.



STEP 4: Save

  • Click "Save Engagement"



STEP 5: Record New Family Engagement

  • The new family engagement will appear in the “Family Engagement” reporting section.

  • Click on the Family Engagement on the date it occurred to record the activity. 

  • Click “SAVE DATA”
