Submitting a Support Ticket
PURPOSE
In this article, viewers will learn how to contact the Check & Connect support team!
SUMMARY OF CONTENT
There are multiple options for how you can reach the Check & Connect team for support:
OPTION 1: Email Us
If you need support, email our team at cconnect-tech@umn.edu at any time!
OPTION 2: Submit a Ticket
A support ticket can be submitted directly on the C&C App website.
STEP 1:
Visit our Submit a Ticket page on our C&C App website:
STEP 2:
Fill in the required fields of the form:
- Requester: Your Email Address
- Subject: The subject you are contacting us about
- Topic: Select the appropriate topic from the drop-down menu
- Priority:
- Low
- Medium
- High
- Urgent
- Description: Share a brief description of your issue or question(s).
- Attachment: Attach any additional files that may help us better support you. If you are reporting an issue or have a specific question, sharing screenshots with our team will often allow us to get back to you sooner!
STEP 3:
Click SUBMIT and our C&C Support Team will begin reviewing your request!
OPTION 3: Support from the C&C App
A support button is available on each page of the C&C App.
STEP 1:
Click on the Support button located at the bottom left corner of any page of the C&C App!
STEP 2:
Once you click on the Support button a Got Questions? box will pop up:

Click the Contact Us option at the bottom of the pop-up:
STEP 4:
Enter the required information:
- Your Name
- Your Email Address
- Subject: The subject you are contacting us about
- Description: A brief description of your issue or question(s)
- Take screenshot: You have the option to include a screenshot or upload additional files that may help us better support you!
STEP 5:
Once the information above has been entered, click SEND and our C&C Support Team will review your request and get back to you!
