How to Reset your Password


PURPOSE: In this article, C&C App users will learn how to reset their C&C App password if they are having trouble logging into their account.

STEP 1: C&C APP LOGIN PAGE

    Go to the C&C App Login page and click on  FORGOT PASSWORD? 


STEP 2: ENTER YOUR EMAIL

Enter your email address in the text box and click on  RESET PASSWORD  and an email with a reset link will be sent to your inbox immediately.


STEP 3: PASSWORD RESET EMAIL

Once you receive the email, click on  Reset password now button.



STEP 4: SET A NEW PASSWORD

Click on the  CHANGE PASSWORD  button, which will automatically log you into your account.


Did not receive the Password Reset Email?

The email should be sent immediately, however, there may be a slight delay. If after a few minutes, you still have not received the password reset email, here are a few things you can try:

  • Make sure you entered the email that you used when registering your account. 
    • If you are unsure of the email address listed under your C&C Account, please reach out to our support team email us at cconnect-tech@umn.edu 
  • Check your Spam folder, and look for an email with the subject line: 
    • [Check & Connect] Password Reset E-mail
    • Add cconnect-tech@umn.edu to your contacts list and try the reset link again.
