How to Add "Connect" Data

PURPOSE: 

Each week mentors record the total number of minutes they meet with students and document interventions. In this article, users will learn the process of recording “Connect” intervention data within the C&C App.


TABLE OF CONTENTS


STEP 1: LOG IN

Log in to your C&C App account.


STEP 2: FIND THE STUDENT

Find the student you would like to add “Connect” data from the mentor dashboard and click their name.


STEP 3: ADD DATA

Click on ADD DATA


STEP 3: JUMP TO CONNECT

Click on Connect to jump to this section.

STEP 4: RECORD MINUTES

Record the total number of minutes spent with a student on the correlating date.

TIP: The  AUTO FILL button will enter “0” minutes in all blank cells. This feature assists mentors with adding data quickly!


STEP 5: DOCUMENT THE INTERVENTION(S)

Check the box(es) for the interventions completed with the student on the correlating date.


IMPORTANT: 

  • Weekly Requirement: Both "Share 'check' data" and "Provide regular feedback" of the basic interventions must be checked at least once weekly to meet fidelity requirements.
  • Monthly Requirement: Both “Discuss staying in school” and “Problem solve about risk” must be checked at least once per month to meet fidelity requirements.

STEP 6: INTENSIVE INTERVENTIONS

Here you can also add, manage, or enter data for intensive interventions.

NOTE: If you need to delete an intensive intervention, simply check the box next to the trashcan icon and click SAVE DATA


STEP 7: SAVE

When you are done inputting data, ensure you click  SAVE DATA
