How to Exit a Student from C&C
In this article, users will learn how to exit a student from the program. There are a variety of reasons a student may “exit” Check & Connect, including but not limited to:
- Graduating from school 
- Successfully completing C&C 
- Transferring to another district/school 
- Dropping out of school 
NOTE: When a student is "Exited", they are simply marked as inactive in the app and all data associated with them is archived and can be restored at a later date.
NEW: Admin-level users can now generate a report for all inactive students in the C&C App! For instructions on doing so, please see: How to Export Inactive Student C&C App Data

STEP 1: LOG IN
Log in to your C&C App account.

STEP 2: STUDENT LIST
From the mentor dashboard, scroll down to the STUDENTS list.

STEP 3: FIND THE STUDENT
Locate the student you would like to mark as exited from Check & Connect and click on the Actions drop-down:

STEP 4: SELECT EXIT STUDENT PROGRAM
Select Exit Student Program from the Actions drop-down menu

STEP 5: ENTER THE EXIT DATE AND STATUS
Enter the student’s Exit Date and Exit status

STEP 6: CONFIRM EXIT
When you are done entering the required information, click  EXIT PROGRAM  
STEP 7: RETURN TO DASHBOARD:
After clicking  EXIT PROGRAM , you will be taken back to the Dashboard and will see a green banner confirming that your changes have been saved.
