C&C App: User Updates - March/April 2023
The C&C App has made a few recent improvements!
Please read below for a short summary of each of the updates our users will experience:

Add/Edit Organization (Address)
- When creating or editing an organization, users will notice this section is newly updated.
- There is now a new country field as well as fields that are now optional rather than required.
- As the C&C App user base continues to grow, we are excited to continue making enhancements for our international users as well as simplify the setup process for our users.
Setup Guide
- Our team is in the process of improving the onboarding process for our new customers!
- A first step in this process is improving the C&C App's SETUP GUIDE.
- Each of the 5-Steps now have additional details and information for our users to support their onboarding experience.
Met Weekly
- In an effort to support our users with implementing Check & Connect with fidelity, our team has updated the requirements for the Met Weekly section.
- The “Met Weekly” will be marked as completed if both of the required basic intervention boxes are checked on the same day of a given week.
High-Risk Indicators
- Our team has temporarily removed the High-Risk identification from the C&C App.
- Users will notice this change on both the download report as well as in the reporting section.
- We encourage users to utilize the Focus Area feature which allows mentors to identify key areas of focus for a student's intervention.
- We highly recommend mentors continue to use a variety of data points when they utilize this feature.
