Why will Family Engagement not save?

If you are having trouble saving family interventions in the C&C App this article provides an explanation for why this might be happening and how to solve the issue.

STEP 1: LOCATE THE STUDENT

From the mentor’s Dashboard, locate the student you want to add a family engagement for and click on their name.

STEP 2: ADD DATA

Click ADD DATA  

STEP 3: NAVIGATE TO FAMILY ENGAGEMENT

Navigate to the Family Engagement section by clicking on the header “Family Engagement.”

STEP 4: ADD FAMILY ENGAGEMENT

When setting up a new family engagement keep in mind that it needs to encompass the entire week for which it is being recorded (Monday - Friday).

IMPORTANT: If a family engagement is set to end in the middle of a week, it will not save!

STEP 5: EDIT

Once you are done setting up the family engagement click on SAVE ENGAGEMENT


STEP 6: SAVE BANNER

You will see a green banner along the top confirming that the report field was added successfully.
