How to Add a New Student 

PURPOSE: In this article, Admin users will learn how to add students to the C&C App


TABLE OF CONTENTS


STEP 1: LOG IN

Log into your C&C App account.


STEP 2: DASHBOARD

Once you are logged in, you should automatically be taken to the DashboardIf not, click on your name for a drop-down menu to appear and Dashboard.


STEP 3: FIND THE NEW STUDENT’S MENTOR

Once on the Dashboard, locate the Mentor dropdown list and click on the mentor’s name.


STEP 4: ACTIONS

From the mentor’s dashboard, click ACTIONS then click +Add Student.


STEP 5: ADD NEW STUDENT INFORMATION

Enter the required information for the new student and any of the optional data fields your site would like to track.

TIPS: 

  • Verified: Ensure to check the box next to “Verified” before saving, which is the confirmation step that the student details you have entered are accurate.

  • Start Date: Enter the date mentors will begin recording data into the C&C App which also would reflect the start date of the C&C intervention.


STEP 6: SAVE

When you are done adding a student, you have two options for saving:

  • CREATE AND ADD ANOTHER if you would like to create additional students

  • CREATE STUDENT (Saves this student!)
