HOW TO DELETE COURSE TYPES


PURPOSE: In this article, admin users will learn how to delete a course type in the C&C App.


NOTE: Course types that are assigned to an existing course or as a credit requirement cannot be deleted.


TABLE OF CONTENTS 

STEP 1: LOG IN

Log in to your C&C App account

STEP 2: DASHBOARD

Once you are logged in, you should automatically be taken to the Dashboard. If not, click on your name for a drop-down menu to appear, and click Dashboard.

STEP 3: ACTIONS

From your dashboard, click on ACTIONS.

STEP 4: MANAGE COURSES

From the drop-down menu click on Manage Courses.

STEP 5: COURSE TYPES LIST

Click on COURSE TYPES to access the course types list (Example: English, Espanol, Math, Science, Social Studies, etc).

STEP 6: FIND THE COURSE TYPE

Locate the course type you would like to delete and click Delete.

IMPORTANT: This action will be immediate and there is no confirmation message after clicking Delete.


NOTE: If the course type you are trying to delete is in use, you will need to edit your current courses and change the assigned course type.

STEP 7: CONFIRMATION BANNER

You will see a green banner at the top of the page, confirming that the selected course type was deleted.
