Reporting Overview

The C&C App offers a variety of reporting to evaluate students' performance and progression. Below you will see a list of some of the reporting options the C&C App offers sites and users.

DASHBOARD

There are two DASHBOARD options for C&C App users.  


Admin users have access to a DASHBOARD which provides a quick snapshot of your site's C&C App usage and program overview and impact. The dashboard allows admin users to quickly see:

  • Number of Students
  • Number Schools
  • Number of Mentors
  • Average caseload
  • Average weekly minutes
  • Decrease in absences
  • Decrease in suspensions


Mentor users have access to a DASHBOARD which provides a quick snapshot of: 

  • Number of Students
  • Average Weekly Minutes


    NOTE: The  ?  icons expand to explain how the data is calculated.


DOWNLOADABLE REPORT (Excel Spreadsheet)

The downloadable report is a way to export data into a spreadsheet. All users can select the date range of data they would like to view and the Excel spreadsheet will be emailed to the user. Reports can be run for an entire organization, one school, and/or an individual mentor.

NOTE: One benefit of the export is users can de-identify student data by removing their name and student ID.

GRAPHS

HEATMAP (Attendance & Behavior Data)

All C&C App users can view "heatmaps" for a student's attendance and behavior data with the ability to view any date range by selecting a start and end date a clicking VIEW REPORT

LINE GRAPH (Course Performance Data)

The C&C App offers a line graph for each students' Course Performance. All users have the ability to select and deselect courses to view all courses at once or just one at a time. 


Here is a view of a student's course performance with all classes selected in the graph view:


REPORTING (Bar Graphs)

Another option for admin users is the reporting graphs which provide a quick and easy way to view the following data:

  • Attendance Incidents
  • Behavior Incidents
  • Average Grade
  • Intervention Usage


NOTES

There is an ADD NOTE section where mentors can include anecdotal observations and information that is not already tracked in numerical data entry.
