How to Register for Online Mentor Training
Thank you for your interest in Check & Connect's Self-Paced Online Mentor Training! This article will guide you through the registration process and how to register for the training.
Registration Process
STEP 1: REGISTER
- To register yourself (or a group), visit Self-Paced Online Mentor Training or click on the button below:
- The steps of the registration process include:
STEP 1: Participant Information
The following information is required: First Name, Last Name, Email address, Title (position/role), Company, Phone number, Group Leader (if applicable)
STEP 2: Shipping Options

STEP 4: Copy Right
NOTE: This box "I Agree" must be checked to continue and place the order acknowledging the copyright terms.
STEP 5: Add Group Members (if applicable)
STEP 6: Registration Summary
All sales are final. Please review this section carefully to be sure that you have added all participants' correct information.
STEP 7: Payment
Both credit cards and purchase orders are accepted.
STEP 8: Submit
Once you hit "Submit" a registration confirmation and receipt will be emailed.
STEP 2: MATERIALS
- Once your registration has been submitted, your materials will arrive within 7 business days.
STEP 3: PASSWORD (Training Video Access)
- Before your materials arrive, you will receive an email with instructions for how to access the training videos by creating a personalized password to log in.
STEP 4: ACCESS THE TRAINING (Video access will expire 3 weeks from the date registered)
- After your materials have arrived, we hope you enjoy the 3 hours of video content. The video access will expire 4 weeks after the date you were registered.
STEP 5: TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
