Can we enter data during non-school days?


PURPOSE: The purpose of this article is to provide users of the C&C App information regarding data entry during non-school days. 

OVERVIEW

Current Functionality

Currently, users cannot add data in the Connect & Family Engagement sections on non-school days. Users will encounter the following message when attempting to add data to non-school days:

Recommendations

An option to document non-school day meetings is to use the notes section of the student’s profile. This section can be accessed by going into the student’s profile and clicking ADD NOTES:

In this section, you will have the option to:

  • Record a Date
  • Enter Text to capture notes for a “connect” 1:1 time with student and/or a family engagement
  • Privacy Settings: There is an option to mark a note as private (if only you would like access to view it)
  • Add a Tag(s)
