How to Remove/Delete a Student


PURPOSE

In this article, Admin and Mentor level users will learn how to remove/delete a student from the C&C App.


Note: Deleting/Removing a student from the app simply marks them as "Inactive" and all data associated with said student is archived and can be retrieved by restoring a student at any point in the future.

Deleting a Student as an Admin


STEP 1: LOG IN

Log into your C&C App account:

STEP 2: ACTIONS

From your dashboard, click on ACTIONS

STEP 3: MANAGE ALL USERS

    From the ACTIONS drop-down menu, select Manage All Users.

STEP 4: FILTER THE USER LIST

    Once on the Manage All Users page, you can filter the list by user type to make it easier to find the student that you would like to remove.

STEP 5: LOCATE THE STUDENT 

    Locate the desired student on this list.

STEP 6: ACTIONS MENU

    Click on the Actions menu next to the student and click DeleteManage all users page showing the actions menu.


STEP 7: CONFIRM DELETION

On the next page, confirm you want to delete the student by clicking OK

STEP 8: CONFIRMATION MESSAGE

    You will be taken back to your Dashboard and a confirmation message will appear confirming the desired student was removed.

Deleting a Student as a Mentor

    

STEP 1: DASHBOARD

    As a Mentor, simply go to your dashboard and locate the student's name, then click on the Actions drop-down, then Exit Student Program.

STEP 2: EXIT STUDENT PROGRAM

    Select the student's Exit Date and Exit Status and click EXIT PROGRAM.

STEP 3: CONFIRMATION MESSAGE

    You wll see a confirmation mesage confiming the student has been archived.
