How to Restore a User (Or Student)


PURPOSE

    In this article, Admin level users will learn how to restore an inactive student in the C&C App.


    Note: When a student is deleted/exited from the program, all data associated with that student stays in our system. You may restore these students at a later date if needed.


TABLE OF CONTENTS


STEP 1: LOG IN

Log into your C&C App account:

STEP 2: ACTIONS

From your dashboard, click on ACTIONS

STEP 3: MANAGE ALL USERS

    From the ACTIONS drop-down menu, select Manage All Users.

STEP 4: LOCATE THE STUDENT

    Locate the student in the Manage All Users page, you can search for the student by name or filter the list by user type.

STEP 5: RESTORE THE STUDENT

     Once you locate the student, click on the Actions drop-down menu and click Restore.

STEP 6: CONFIRMATION MESSAGE

    You will see a confirmation message confirming that the student has been restored.

STEP 7: STUDENT IS NOW MARKED ACTIVE

    You will now see that the student is marked as active!
