How to Export Inactive Student C&C App Data

In this article, admin-level users will learn how to generate an Excel report containing data for inactive students. This feature was added in April 2025 to support users as the C&C App will be discontinued on June 30, 2025. We highly recommend saving this download before the product expires.


This new report includes the following data fields:

  • Student Name
  • Mentor
  • School
  • Local ID
  • Grade
  • BOD
  • Start Date
  • Exit Date

STEP 1: LOG IN

Log in to your C&C App account:



STEP 2: DASHBOARD

Once you are logged in, you should automatically be taken to the Dashboard, or you can click on your name for a drop-down menu to appear and click Dashboard.



STEP 3: INACTIVE STUDENTS REPORT

On your Dashboard, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and you will see a section titled INACTIVE STUDENTS REPORT.



STEP 4: GENERATE REPORT

To generate this report, simply click on the SUBMIT button. This will download an Excel spreadsheet containing data for all students marked as Inactive in the C&C App.
