How to Delete a User

PURPOSE

In this article, users will learn how to delete an existing user.


TABLE OF CONTENTS


STEP 1: LOG IN

Log into your C&C App account.

STEP 2: ACTIONS

From your dashboard, click on ACTIONS.

STEP 3: MANAGE ALL USERS

From the drop-down menu click on Manage All Users.

STEP 4: LOCATE THE USER TO DELETE

Locate the user you would like to delete from the list. Click the Actions drop-down and click Delete.

STEP 5: CONFIRM DELETE

Once you click Delete you will need to confirm that you want to delete the selected user.  If no, click CANCEL. If yes, click OK.

STEP 6: SAVE BANNER

If you clicked  OK, you will be taken back to the Dashboard and a green save banner will appear along the top confirming that the user was removed successfully.



IMPORTANT: If you are deleting a mentor with students assigned, you must first transfer the students to new mentors or exit them from the program.
